Sojourn Cellars · Sales Reporting
End-User Licence Agreement and Terms of Use
Last updated 22 September 2026
1. Who this is for
Sojourn Cellars Sales Reporting (the "Application") is an internal tool owned by Sojourn Cellars ("Sojourn") and made available only to Sojourn's own staff and contractors who have been given access by Sojourn. By using the Application you agree to these terms. If you are not authorised by Sojourn, you may not use it.
2. Licence
Sojourn grants authorised users a revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Application for Sojourn's internal business reporting. No other rights are granted. The Application was built for Sojourn by Fabrica Collective and is Sojourn's to operate.
3. Acceptable use
- Keep the access password confidential and do not share it outside Sojourn.
- Use the reports only for Sojourn's business purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data, accounts or systems beyond what the Application presents to you.
4. Connected services
The Application reads data from Sojourn's Shopify store and QuickBooks Online company file under authorisations granted by Sojourn's administrators. Those services are governed by their own terms. Sojourn may disconnect either service at any time, after which the Application stops reading from it.
5. No warranty
The Application is provided as is. Reports are derived from the source systems and are only as accurate as the data in them. When a refresh cannot be validated, the Application keeps showing the last validated data and says so. Nothing in the Application is financial, tax or legal advice.
6. Changes and termination
Sojourn may change, suspend or withdraw the Application, or any user's access, at any time. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
